BAÑO DE VERDAD documental 

La película documental “Baño de Verdad”, es un instrumento para la memoria social del Ecuador. Los crímenes que el Estado ecuatoriano realizo desde el año de 1960 hasta nuestros días; son expuestos en este largometraje, para que no vuelva ocurrir violación de los derechos humanos en el país.

La ley de Seguridad Nacional como política de Estado y la operatividad de los organismos de los gobiernos de esos tiempos son el marco perfecto para el desarrollo progresivo de violación de DD.HH.

​

Una nueva constitución realizada en 2008, es el contexto para transformar la ley de seguridad, el Estado ecuatoriano reconoce los crímenes y crea la Comisión de la Verdad cuya consigna  es: ‘sin verdad no hay justicia’, y su finalidad es investigar, crear un informe de víctimas,  su posterior reparación y la judicialización de graves violaciones de Derechos Humanos y delitos de lesa humanidad, ocurridos en el Ecuador, entre 1983 y 2008.

La voluntad política de un gobierno con una visión humanista permite el reconocimiento de los derechos del pueblo, y anima a la participación ciudadana, “Baño de Verdad”, registra la memoria como un elemento fundamental en los procesos de lucha contra la impunidad y el olvido.

The documentary film "Baño de Verdad", is an instrument for the social memory of Ecuador. The crimes that the Ecuadorian State made from the year 1960 to the present day, are exposed in this feature, so that no violation of human rights in the country ever occurs again.

The law of security as a state policy and the operability of government agencies of those times are the perfect framework for the progressive development of human rights violations.

A new constitution made in 2008, is the context to transform the security law, the Ecuadorian State recognizes the crimes and creates the Truth Commission whose slogan is: 'without truth there is no justice', and its purpose is to investigate, create a Report of victims, their subsequent reparation and the prosecution of serious violations of Human Rights and crimes against humanity occurred in Ecuador between 1983 and 2008.

The political will of a government with a humanist vision allows the recognition of the rights of the people, and encourages citizen participation,
"real bath", records the memory as a fundamental element in the processes of fight against impunity and forgetfulness.
